Dairy Free Chocolate Martini

UPDATE: I love this recipe, but the coconut milk makes it very rich!  I use vanilla rice milk to thin it out some. 

1 can coconut milk
2 – 3 TBSP cocoa
2 TBSP agave
1/2 tsp vanilla

Mix the above ingredients in a blender.  Add about 1/2 cup to an ice filled shaker with desired amount of vodka.  Shake and enjoy! 

TIP: For a mint chocolate martini, add peppermint extract!

    LOL!! Yes, I have to say, it is really yummy! I was even thinking about adding a shot of espresso to it to make a mochatini!! =)
